Lot Lighting Service: We now specialize in parking lot and exterior building lighting maintenance. We offer bulb replacement, ballast replacement, photo-eye/timer replacement, fixture cleaning, and fixture retrofitting for energy savings. You can’t beat our great rates and service. We don’t have any secret fees or charges. There’s no job too big or small.

Rates Are Simple: $75.00 includes first hour of bucket truck service (material is billed in addition). $55.00 each additional hour.

We also offer our services to monitor your lot/building lighting free of charge. Once every two weeks, we will check your lot and building for any bulb outages. We will report back the next business day free of charge. Additonal work will be billed accordingly. All billing is itemized allowing you to see exactly what we used for material and the labor we had into each job.
